All returned items must be in their original luxury packaging with the security seal intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Our fragrance experts will review your request within 24-48 hours to ensure the product remains in its original, sellable condition and approve the return shipment.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the perfume in its original box and outer shipping carton to prevent breakage, then await our authorized courier partner for a scheduled doorstep pickup.
Refund Processing
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final inspection, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
